Accounts Payable
O.H.S.'s Athena II includes fully integrated Accounts Payable. General Ledger
Athena II includes fully integrated General Ledger. Quick and accurate data entry; Multiple Line Transaction Description; On-Screen Transaction Verification and Correction; On-Screen Detailed Account Inquiry; Detailed Journals & General Ledger; Bank Reconciliation. Report features include: Cover Page & Cover Letter; Notes to Financial Statements; Income Statements & Balance Sheets; Cash Flow Statements; Budget Statements; Comparative Statements; Supporting Schedules; and much, much more!
Central Bank
Athena II includes the Central Bank Module. Central Bank provides the ability to produce deposit documents, perform bank reconciliation, and maintain accurate bank balance information on a daily basis. The Central Bank accommodates multiple bank accounts, provides accurate listings of outstanding checks and deposits, and accumulates check information from other modules for reconciliation and reports.
Central Bank Report Processing:
A/P and P/R Check Registers, All Checks Register, Miscellaneous Disbursements, Cash Receipts Register, Deposits Register, Clear Checks Register, Clear Deposits Register, Outstanding checks Register, Deposits In Transit Listing, Daily Bank Balance Report, and Bank Reconciliation Report.
Payroll
The optional Payroll module is available with Athena II. The powerful payroll package will accurately calculate, process, and print employee payroll checks and provide all the necessary information for completing quarterly payroll tax reports, W2's, and even 1099's. Payroll supports processing of hourly, salaried, and contract employees, supports multiple companies and departments, and integrates to the General Ledger in detail.
